How does the subscription model work?+
You pay a monthly (or yearly) fee that covers the build, hosting, maintenance and updates of your site. No large upfront quote: the site stays updated and working, we take care of it.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
You can cancel at any time, respecting the notice period stated in the contract. We help you export your site content and handle the domain transfer if needed.
How long does it take to go live?+
For a Starter site, typically between 1 and 3 weeks after content is shared. Timelines vary with project complexity and are agreed together before starting.
Are domain and hosting included?+
Hosting, SSL certificate and backups are included in every plan. The domain is included within the limits agreed in the quote; if you already own one, we can handle the transfer.
Do you only work in Udine and Veneto?+
We're based in Udine and happily meet clients in person across the North-East of Italy, but we also work remotely with clients across the whole country.
Can I request changes after launch?+
Yes. Depending on your plan, content edits are included in the fee: just tell us what you need and we take care of it, no separate quote for every small request.
